    My son and daughter went to Linda when she first started in 1997. My son was 3 and my daughter 6 weeks. Linda was kind, helpful, attentive and treated my children as her own. My children looked forward to her and her activities. We were with her for four years before she moved to Washington. I have four children and Linda by far was the best. I highly recommend her services.

    I only opened a Wells Fargo account because I was changing states and the credit union I'm with wasn't at my new location. Now I'm back in Alabama and seriously considering either going back exclusively to my credit union or switching to another bank. Too many loops and bounds to jump through to get things done. I can't even cash my checks right now when my name is on them. It's ridiculous.

    We have been using Turner Tax for the past 4 years and I couldn't be happy with the service. They are quick with the return and tell you everything you need to know to maximize your return. They are helpful if you need records of old W-2's or Tax returns as well. We will continue to use them and would highly recommend them to anyone living in the Birmingham area.

  • Review of "Thompson Middle School" at Alabaster

    I have two grand children at Thompson. The staff takes a no nonsense approach to trouble makers and bullies. There are numerous activities, but baggy pants, disrespect, smoking, drugs have a 0 tolerance level here. The good students are encouraged to participate and accelerate their learning rate. I read the other reviews, and it seems they can hardly spell or write. No wonder, they are the kind of kids who just don't care about school. Thompson is a great school, but don't send your bad kid there, they won't make it. PS> Respect and education begins at home. My grand children are straight A. students and participate in many activities afforded at Thompson. They are Christian, law abiding, and respectful and are treated that way at school by their teachers.
